What Makes Us Green?
Menu Design

- Colorado Proud designation – buying from local providers and using seasonal items in our menus

- No individual containers (ie, creamer, condiments, butters)
- 50% Vegetable presentation on the menu – a part of the “Lean and Green” initiative

- Recycled over 50,000 pounds of building materials when preparing our new building
- Energy Smart bulbs in 75% of the building
- Energy Star appliances in 65% of the building
- 90% Energy Star IT equipment

- All members of our executive team sit on boards of Colorado's philanthropic organizations
