An Outdoor Graduation
When you own a catering company and your daughter is accepted to the renowned University of Washington, the party HAS to be spectacular. The DiPasquale’s chose to have a gathering in their beautiful backyard to celebrate Christina’s graduation from high school – but wanted to add a bit of Seattle’s local flair to the event. The space was set to resemble the city’s famous Seattle Market - fresh flowers were left wrapped in the original brown paper, the deli station was dressed with hanging dried meats and toasty breads, sushi masters hand rolled a delectable assortment of rolls topped with spicy wasabi and sweet ginger, and the aroma from the coffee station wafted through the air. Guests were thrilled with the homemade gelato station, stocked with sauces, nuts, whipped cream and a variety of sprinkles. A DJ mastered tunes that mixed both old-school and new vibe sounds that got the crowd, ranging from ages 12-75, singing along.
